For the support of our Phone House Outbound-team aimed at selling prestigious products in the field of telecommunication, D+S communication Center Praha, s.r.o.is looking for a communicative candidate with a good general knowledge and excellent knowledge in Italian language to work on various and challenging field of tasks. You will be working in a motivated team in a highly modernized and air-conditioned Open space office.

Key Accountabilities:
• Managing many sales-calls with potential customers
• Communication with clients before and after the sale
• Updating knowledge about new products
• Improving sales-excellence to perfection
• Update clients with email-communication
Requirements
• Fluent in Italian language and English on a communicative level
• Communication skills, accuracy, analytical skills
• Good Team player
• Flexibility, experience with administration
• Stress resistance, assertiveness, reliability
• PC skills (MS Office)
• Enthusiasm and forcibility
• Self reflection and a high scale of self-motivation
• Enjoying active phone selling
- Experience in telemarketing is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
